  21. 60 ml Water
  22. 2 Bread crumbs of bread slices
  23. as required Oil for deep frying

  25. As per requirement Chilli flakes
  26. as required Oregano
  27. as required Coriander, finely chopped
  28. For SERVING,
  29. As required Ketch up/ Mayonnaise or any dip of your choice

Steps to make to make Cheese corn balls

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cheese, potatoes, corn kernels, onion, capsicum, coriander, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and salt.

    At this stage, Add poha If you feel your mixture has lot of moisture content in it.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Flatten the ball, put cheese cube in the center and seal. Roll between your palms to make it smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, take all-purpose flour, corn flour, and water. Mix well until it becomes lump-free.
  4. Dip the ball in the slurry(all-purpose flour and corn flour) and coat it with bread crumbs. Repeat the process for the remaining balls. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes(or freeze 15 minutes).
  5. Deep fry them on a medium flame until golden brown.
  6. Garnish it with chilli flakes, oregano and coriander. Serve warm with your favourite dip/sauce.
